A personal fitness program will help you attain your peak level of physical health. Individual attention by the area’s best personal trainers ensures that you will make steady progress toward your individual goals. We provide several safe, fun and balanced programs of exercise and education that will enhance your health and well being.

Proven Three-Step Program
Our three-step program moves you toward your fitness goal with continuous progress that keeps you motivated:
1. Meet one-on-one with a Personal Fitness Instructor, who determines your baseline fitness, discusses your personal goals and designs a personalized fitness program that fits your schedule.
2. Start your program, which includes stretching and flexibility, circuit training and instruction in body mechanics.
3. Continue your progress after completion of your fitness program with available ongoing support from our staff.

Senior Programs
   •Regain lost mobility and strength and enjoy a more
     active lifestyle.
   • Decrease the risk of injury and improve your quality of life.
   •Participate in a fitness program even if you are not able to     participate in traditional exercise activities.

Athletic Training
