Nashua Medical Group-Internal Medicine Staff


	Karin Adelman, M.D. Internal Medicine Dr. Karin Adelman attended the University of Massachusetts, Medical School after completing her Pre-Med studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst—where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She did her residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York, where she was Chief Resident from 1984-1985. Doctor Adelman is board certified in family practice.
	Birgit Houston, M.D., F.A.A.F.P. Internal Medicine After graduating from Dartmouth Medical School, Dr. Houston completed her residency in Family Practice at Maryland Hospital in Baltimore. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Houston has a special focus on Type 2 diabetes and helping her patients effectively manage the cost of medical care. In addition to traveling and skiing with her husband and three children, she also holds black belts in Chubu Shorin-ryu and Goju-ryu karate.
	James H. Kelly, M.D. Internal Medicine Dr. Kelly graduated in 1984 from the University of Bologna in Italy as a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery. He completed his internship at the University of Wisconsin in 1988 and is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Kelly is fluent in Italian and English, enjoys skiing, whitewater kayaking and hiking. He also has interests in the Italian Renaissance and the Lakota Sioux Navajo culture.

	Kevin Pho, M.D. Internal Medicine Dr. Pho is a graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine. He is a nationally recognized medical pundit, and has been interviewed by the CBS Evening News, NPR, SmartMoney Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal. An avid writer, Dr. Pho’s opinion pieces have appeared in the USA Today, New Hampshire Union Leader, and the Nashua Telegraph. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is board certified in Internal Medicine. In addition to primary care, Dr. Pho also leads the cosmetic laser program at the Nashua Medical Group.
	William C. Siroty, M.D. Internal Medicine An authority on allergy and immunology for over 20 years, Dr. Siroty completed his internship and residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY, after completing his formal medical education at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He held a fellowship in Allergy-Immunology at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy-Immunology. Dr. Siroty provides skin testing, asthma care management, and training for inhalers and nebulizers. He is available for allergy consultations comprising testing and information about many types of allergens, seasonality and avoidance tips. Dr. Siroty has been a member of the Nashua Medical Group healthcare team since 1994.
